Govan Mehr Esmailpour was born in 1983 in the city of Ilam. He has a bachelor's degree in acting from the Islamic Azad University of Arak and a master's degree in media management from Payame Noor University of Tehran and graduated in acting from the Tehran Art Center under the management of Dariush Arjmand in 2001.
